TAMA provides an online zui series to engage with other tāngata whaikaha Māori and Ministry Officials over national level health and disability issues.
Tītoko ki te ao Mārama brings together a network of eight Regional Pou who work collaboratively to include tāngata whaikaha Māori (TWM) with diverse lived experiences. Creating safe spaces to build knowledge systems and cultural practices established by our tūpuna (whare wānanga).
Standards and Monitoring Services - SAMS
SAMS is one of the five organisations that are working with communities through the Enabling Good Lives Approach, and fostering community leadership.
TAMA is supporting SAMS to ensure early involvment with Māori and Pasifika.
COVID-19 Pandemic Tangata Whaikaha & Whānau Wellbeing Grant
TAMA was delighted to support the wellbeing of tangata whaikaha Māori, and/or whānau impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The grant funds were aimed to address one or more of the needs identified by disabled communities to MSD.
